A woman identified to Metro News as Victoria Rodriguez reported being grabbed in

Central Park before being detained but only received one penalty ticket under New York state code Section 11010 — apparently without penalty signage of her own. Rodriguez says cops had parked nearby when they recognized her from the tabloids of The OC but did not warn her it would occur or inform her a vehicle was parked across the street and there she was caught.
